Is there a designated service area that we must stay in?
If you leave the greater Nashville area, we might need to charge you a little extra for the buses fuel consumption. That price will reflect recent costs of fuel, and it is necessary to get you where you want to go. Check out our service area page to find out more about what areas constitute as local, or give us a call for more information.
Why should I get a party bus instead of a limousine?
A limousine is certainly a chic way to travel and will deliver a first-class night, but there are a lot of benefits to party buses as well. Party buses have similar amenities to limos, but they are easier to move around in. Go with a bus if you anticipate moving around a lot or getting up to dance! They are perfect if you want to get the party going on the way to your destination. Limos work best for a calm or classy event where you won’t need to move around much. How do I know if a bus is available?
Just give us a call! We’ll ask you when and where you want to be picked up, and then we’ll check our booking system and let you know which vehicles we have that will best accommodate your group.
Is alcohol allowed on your vehicles?
Absolutely, but you and your guests must be legally old enough to drink. This is to protect your safety, as well as our ability to keep allowing alcohol on our buses. We do not provide the alcohol, so you’ll have to bring your own. However, we do feature 2 bars in each vehicle that include coolers filled with ice, cups, paper towels, and garbage bags.
Do we have to pay extra for stops?
Not at all,our hourly rate includes unlimited stops and miles. By all means, stop as much as you would like! It could be an unplanned detour, a smoke/bathroom break, or any other reason you can think of. As long as the bus can get there we will do it.
Can we smoke on your bus?
There is no smoking on our luxury Nashville vehicles. In order to keep our buses in the best condition possible for all of our customers we must insist that when you need a smoke break you ask your driver to pull over for you.
How many passengers do your vehicles allow?
We have a extensive fleet of various sized buses so we can accommodate any sized groups. Our vehicles go all the way to a 40 passenger capacity. If you need more room we can reserve you multiple vehicles.
How late can the bus stay out?
As late as you like, we operate 24/7 to provide you service whenever you need it. If you know you will longer than normal service let your booking rep know when you call to reserve.
